Every PE lesson at West View follows a structured sequence designed for maximum engagement and inclusivity. We begin with a RAMP warm-up (Raise, Activate, Mobilise, Perform) to prepare children physically and mentally for their lesson. This is then followed by core tasks adapted using the STEP principle (Space, Time, Equipment, People) to ensure all ability levels can participate and progress.
